Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on pufflyshop.com may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email mail@pufflyshop.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please include the word “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label. Please note that a $6 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.

For online purchases, we recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and then submitting a new order.

Gift returns follow the same process as standard returns.
