All orders are shipped directly from our Seattle warehouse.
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Orders placed before 12 pm PST (Monday—Friday) are shipped the same business day, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Fridays, as well as on weekends and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email.

Standard Shipping — Orders Under $150
- Delivery time: 2–8 business days
- Flat rate: $6
Overnight Shipping
- Orders must be placed before 12 pm PST (Monday—Friday)
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days
- Flat rate: $20
- Overnight shipping is not available on weekends
